What netlinklayer.com Does

Governed By
French law
Pricing
Per link, with no subscription. Rates are still a draft and paying inside netlinklayer is not live yet.
1. What This Is
By using netlinklayer.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What netlinklayer.com Does
netlinklayer.com prepares and places backlink orders on third-party netlinking platforms on your behalf, then tracks those links until the article is published.
Concretely, the service:
- Reads your Google Search Console data (read-only) to score which of your pages are worth linking to
- Uses AI to suggest target pages, keywords and anchor texts
- Places orders on the netlinking platforms we are connected to
- Follows each order until publication and records the result
We act as an intermediary with those platforms. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
3. Your Account
To use netlinklayer.com:
- You must have a Google account
- You must grant us read-only access to your Google Search Console
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for what your team members do
4. Orders You Place
Orders are prepared automatically but never placed without an explicit action from you. You review a draft and confirm it.
Once an order is confirmed and sent to a platform, it may not be cancellable. We pass on whatever cancellation window the platform gives us, and nothing more.
You are responsible for the target URLs, anchor texts and briefs you submit, and for the legality of the content they point to.
5. What You Can't Do
Don't:
- Try to hack or reverse-engineer our service
- Use the service for anything illegal
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or automate requests to our API without permission
- Try to overload our servers
- Order links pointing to content that is illegal under French law
6. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is published on our pricing page and is not final while that page is marked as a draft. Paying for links inside netlinklayer is not available yet: see our roadmap for its status.
When it ships, prices may change with 30 days notice. If you don't like the new price, stop ordering before it takes effect.
7. Results
We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or SEO outcome. Search engines decide what a link is worth, and they change their minds. Nothing on this site is a promise of results.
We also do not guarantee that a given link will be published. The publishing site may refuse it, delay it, or remove the article later, and platforms occasionally cancel orders.
8. Your Data
Your Search Console data is yours. We access it with read-only permissions to score your pages. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and who we send it to. You can revoke our access at any time through your Google account settings.
9. Our Rights
netlinklayer.com (the code, design, and content) belongs to us. You can't copy, modify, or redistribute it.
10. Third-Party Services
We integrate with Google, OpenAI and the netlinking platforms we support. We're not responsible for how those services work, what they do with the data we send them, or whether they honour an order. Check their terms and privacy policies.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. If we terminate your account for a violation, no refunds.
12. Service Availability
We try to keep netlinklayer.com running 24/7, but we don't guarantee it. Sometimes things break. Sometimes a platform we depend on breaks. We're not liable if the service goes down.
13. Disclaimers
netlinklayer.com is provided "as is". We make no warranties about the service. Use it at your own risk.
14. Liability
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost rankings, lost profits, or data loss.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. If we make big changes, we'll email you. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
16. Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes go to French courts.
